Common questions
Where is my household data stored?
On your device only. There is no Chore Lottery account and no cloud backup in the current version. Uninstalling the app removes local data.
Why did the same person get chores again?
The spinner avoids back-to-back picks when someone else is available, and harder chores come up more often. Over a longer stretch, turns should feel roughly fair. Mark someone Away if they should be skipped.
Can I sync across phones?
Not yet. Each install has its own local household. A future shared-household direction (invites, seeing your assignment on your own phone, notifications) may ship later — it is not part of the current app.
Will there be a paid unlock?
Possibly a one-off Family Unlock later. The free app should stay useful for a normal household. Pricing, if offered, will be shown in the store before you buy.
Something looks wrong after an update
Try force-quitting the app, or reinstalling. Reinstalling clears local household data — there is no server restore.
